Jun 14 2007, 11:49 AM EDT I would add one suggestion - if you have a pair of shoes you have grown to like, buy a replacement pair IMMEDIATELY. I went to replace my shoes a few weeks before my marathon and they had slightly changed the model of the shoe. The newer model caused me some serious knee issues and almost caused me to miss the race entirely despite months of training. 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
